Our Citric Acid Enhancer is a carefully prepared solution of food-grade citric acid suspended in 99.5%+ purity propylene glycol (PG) at a 10% dilution. Recommended Usage
Food & Beverage Applications:

- Typical working range: 0.2–1%, depending on desired acidity
