More Information...

Developed using Perfectarôme's flavouring expertise, this concentrate recreates the distinctive and instantly recognisable character of traditional bubble gum. Its sweet, playful and nostalgic profile makes it an excellent choice for adding bubble gum character to a wide variety of food and beverage creations.

Perfectarôme describes this flavour as a realistic recreation of the particular flavour associated with classic bubblegum, making it ideal for recipes where a familiar confectionery profile is required.

The concentrate is hydro-soluble, making it suitable for water-based applications, and is manufactured in France at Perfectarôme's laboratory in Grasse. The manufacturer also identifies it as GMO-free, alcohol-free and vegan.

Recommended Usage

Perfectarôme recommends an average dosage of 0.5%, equivalent to approximately 5 g per kg or 5 ml per litre of preparation.

As different recipes and applications can require different flavour intensities, it is recommended to start with a lower amount and increase gradually to taste. For baked or cooked recipes, a higher dosage may be required depending on the duration and intensity of cooking.

Do not consume the concentrate undiluted.

Production Description

Very concentrated aroma used in improving culinary preparations for baking (creating my desserts, ice creams, mousses...) or cooking (sauces, creating my own soups...).

This aroma alone does not replace the main flavour of the food, it is simply intended to enhance the taste.

● Guaranteed 0% sugar, salt, preservative, additive and free of GMO substances.
● Made in France, in our laboratory in Grasse (06).

The aroma must be diluted. Do not consume it pure!
These flavours are concentrated products, we advise you to start with a light dosage and increase the dose if necessary.
You can dose either instinctively in the same way as you salt a sauce: pour a few drops of flavouring into the preparation and adjust according to the result or methodically following the instructions below.

The average dosage is 0.5% (5 g per kg or 5 ml per litre of preparation).
Cooking: increase the dosage depending on the duration and intensity of cooking. Example: a baked pastry will need a double dosage compared to a dessert cream.
