Add a smooth, familiar vanilla character to your recipes with Perfectarôme Vanille Flavour Concentrate, a simple and classic Vanilla by Perfectarôme.
Vanilla is one of the most versatile flavour profiles available, making this concentrate a useful addition to everything from cakes and pastries to desserts, ice cream, confectionery and beverages. Its familiar sweet and aromatic character can be used on its own or combined with fruit, chocolate, caramel, cream and other dessert flavours.
Perfectarôme describes this as a highly concentrated food flavouring designed to enhance the taste of culinary preparations rather than replace the main flavour of the food. The Vanilla flavour is hydrosoluble, making it suitable for water-based preparations, and is manufactured in France at Perfectarôme's laboratory in Grasse.
Recommended Usage
Perfectarôme recommends an average dosage of 0.5%, equivalent to approximately 5 g per kg or 5 ml per litre of preparation.
As different recipes and applications can require different flavour intensities, it is recommended to start with a lower amount and increase gradually to taste. For baked or cooked recipes, a higher dosage may be required depending on the duration and intensity of cooking.
Do not consume the concentrate undiluted.

Production Description
Production Description
Very concentrated aroma used in improving culinary preparations for baking (creating my desserts, ice creams, mousses...) or cooking (sauces, creating my own soups...).
This aroma alone does not replace the main flavour of the food, it is simply intended to enhance the taste.
● Guaranteed 0% sugar, salt, preservative, additive and free of GMO substances.
● Made in France, in our laboratory in Grasse (06).
DOSAGE AND PREPARATION
The aroma must be diluted. Do not consume it pure!
These flavours are concentrated products, we advise you to start with a light dosage and increase the dose if necessary.
You can dose either instinctively in the same way as you salt a sauce: pour a few drops of flavouring into the preparation and adjust according to the result or methodically following the instructions below.
The average dosage is 0.5% (5 g per kg or 5 ml per litre of preparation).
Cooking: increase the dosage depending on the duration and intensity of cooking. Example: a baked pastry will need a double dosage compared to a dessert cream.
Water soluble: Soluble in water.
Fat-soluble: Soluble in fats and oils.
