Green Mango Concentrate

Our Green Mango flavour concentrate delivers a naturally inspired, lightly tart mango profile that evokes the distinctive taste of just-ripe mango flesh - not overly sweet, not tropical-syrupy, but real and refreshingly authentic. This blend uses three carefully selected mango flavourings combined with a minimal, secret supporting blend of additional flavour components to recreate the subtle complexity of a barely ripe mango fruit, with gentle acidity, underlying sweetness, and nuanced fruit character.

A small amount of sweetener (sucralose) is included to round the overall profile while keeping the fruit character centre stage. The result is a balanced, true-to-life mango flavour that feels natural rather than cloyingly sweet.

Usage Guidance

Start at 0.5% to 3% for food and beverage use and adjust to taste.
