Trade Singles Blue Raspberry Concentrate

Trade Flavours Blue Raspberry is a sweet and fruity flavour concentrate with the familiar character of blue raspberry sweets and confectionery.

It combines a bright raspberry-style fruitiness with a sweet, vibrant character, making it a versatile choice for creating colourful and flavourful food and beverage recipes.

Use it as a standalone blue raspberry flavour or combine it with other fruits, berries, sweets and complementary flavours to create your own blends.

Recommended Usage

Food & Beverage: Start with a small amount and gradually increase to taste. The ideal level will vary depending on the recipe, ingredients and desired flavour intensity.

Standalone: Suitable for creating a distinctive sweet blue raspberry profile.

Blending: Works particularly well with other berry and fruit flavours, as well as sweet, confectionery and dessert profiles.

We recommend testing in small batches before larger-scale preparation.
