Trade Singles Melon Booster Concentrate

Trade Flavours Melon Booster is a concentrated melon flavour designed primarily to enhance and intensify melon notes within a flavour blend.

Used in smaller amounts alongside other melon flavours, it can help bring additional fruity depth and character to a recipe without overpowering the existing profile.

Although developed with boosting in mind, it can also be used as a standalone melon flavouring where a more pronounced melon character is desired.

Recommended Usage

Food & Beverage: Start with a small amount and gradually increase to taste. When used as a booster, begin with a lower level alongside your main flavour and adjust according to the recipe and desired intensity.

Standalone: Can also be used as a standalone melon flavouring. Start low and increase gradually to achieve the desired flavour strength.

As with all concentrated flavourings, recommended levels can vary considerably depending on the recipe, ingredients and intended application. We recommend testing in small batches before larger-scale preparation.
