Trade Singles Sour Apple Concentrate

Trade Flavours Sour Apple is an extra-strong apple flavour concentrate with a deliciously sharp and tangy character, reminiscent of classic sour apple sweets.

Its concentrated flavour makes it a versatile addition to food and beverage recipes. Use it as a standalone flavouring for a bold sour apple profile, or combine it with other flavours to create your own blends.

Recommended Usage

Food & Beverage: This is an extra-strong flavour concentrate, so start with a small amount and gradually increase until you achieve the desired flavour intensity.

It can be used to flavour drinks, yoghurt, cake mixes, icing and a wide range of other recipes. The amount required will vary depending on the application and personal taste.

Blending: Particularly useful alongside other fruit, sweet and confectionery flavours where a sharp sour apple note is desired.

We recommend testing in small batches before larger-scale preparation.
