Trade Singles Watermelon Booster Concentrate

Trade Flavours Watermelon Booster is a concentrated watermelon flavour designed primarily to enhance and intensify watermelon notes within a flavour blend.

It can be added in smaller amounts to existing watermelon recipes to give the profile extra depth, sweetness and juicy watermelon character, helping to bring the flavour forward without necessarily changing the overall profile of the mix.

While particularly useful as a booster, it can also be used as a standalone watermelon flavouring when a more pronounced watermelon profile is required.

Recommended Usage

Food & Beverage: Start with a small amount and gradually increase to taste. When used as a booster, begin with a lower level alongside your main flavour and adjust according to the recipe and desired intensity.

Standalone: Can also be used as a standalone watermelon flavouring. Start low and increase gradually to achieve the desired flavour strength.

As with all concentrated flavourings, recommended levels can vary considerably depending on the recipe, ingredients and intended application. We recommend testing in small batches before larger-scale preparation.
