WS-23 is a highly effective cooling agent designed to deliver a smooth, refreshing cooling sensation without altering the flavour profile of your formulation. Unlike menthol or mint, WS-23 provides cooling without taste, making it ideal for enhancing fruit, beverage, dessert, and other liquid-based flavour systems where flavour clarity is essential.

Trade Flavours WS-23 is suspended in 99.5%+ purity Propylene Glycol (PG) for excellent solubility, consistency, and ease of use. It is available in 30% and 10% dilutions, allowing accurate control over cooling intensity.

Usage Guidance

Due to its strength, WS-23 should be used sparingly.

  • Start at very low inclusion rates, start with counting drops rather as eve 1% can be overwhelming in some applications.
  • Increase gradually to reach the desired cooling effect
  • Always test in small batches first

The 10% dilution is ideal for fine-tuning and subtle cooling, while the 30% dilution is suited to experienced users requiring stronger cooling impact at lower volumes.
